Hello my name is papa t. I am new to smoking food I just received for Xmas a trager Texas pro pellet smoker. I have done a pork butt that turned out great and ribs that were not so great but I am just learning. Hopefully I will fit in here and learn something for the grace of smoking food lol. I am from northwest Michigan and married .I farm fish mainly rainbow trout and some warm water fish in the summer time. I love to spend time with my grandchildren when they get to come up here and hunt mushrooms and bid game and small game to also love to fish. That's about all there is to papa t. Hope to learn from all of you and would like to find a good place to buy pellets also thanks for your time.
