Hello forum!! Just started smoking on a GMG Daniel Boone!! Love it so far! I have smoked ribs doing 321 method!! came out amazing. failed on a 3.5 lb pork butt. 7 hrs 220 degrees and internal temp was 160 when i pulled off to let it rest. would not pull at all!! Got Frustrated and tossed it! my bad, i found out i could have saved it.but i let it get to me.
