I;m a lucky guy that I've been married for 35 years to a woman that loves to fish as much as I do. This was our catch in Destin FL in June of '15. Had a wonderful time.
But all good things come to an end. And I grilled the last of the Red Snapper tonight. We are going to San Juan in March. Keeping my fingers crossed for fish! b
I'm seasoning these with olive oil and a creoil blend of spices.
About 5 minutes on each side.
And then topped with a little butter and lemon. Delicious!
