Gonna be 50* today!

15# of former corned beef brisket in the smoker making pastrami.  Momma loves her Reuben sammiches!

Have any of you done pastrami in a little chief?  I plan on smoking mine this weekend, and it's either my little chief or indirect on the coal grill.
As long  as its cured you can use your Chief smoker. Its going to be a long smoke due to the lower heat output. You may have to finish it by steaming or in a higher temp oven or pit.
