Hello everyone im BigDaddySmoke or BDS for short, i have browsed the forums here many times but have just recently made and account.  I live in Michigan so smoking during the winter is cold but as im sure you all know if you have the smoke bug you will smoke anywheres anytime!  I have a Smoke Hollow 36" gasser have only used it twice but so far i LOVE it. Heres a few pics (Qview) from my 2nd ever smoke in a proper smoker.

Dont mind the dates on pics im to lazy to fix it on my camera. :)

7 pound pork butt smoked for 11 hours at 230-250 degrees F  1/4-1/2 inch smoke ring and nice crunchy bark.

Welcome from SC, BDS. It's good to have you on this great site. That Butt looks really good. Good luck with the brisket.

Good evening and welcome to the forum, from a nice chilly day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
