Hi everyone,I'm new to smoking meat and new to this forum. I'm from Maine and just purchased a master built propane smoker, and almost ready to give it a try with some St.Lewis ribs.I'll let you know how it goes. I'm looking forward to picking some of your brains. Hopefully I'll learn enough along the way to share with others. Thanks and happy smokin
