I did my first pulled pork on the new Traeger Tailgater yesterday. It was 26 degrees outside but she performed nicely.

Yellow mustard then BigBald's rub from Jeff's book with a couple of tweaks. I used brown sugar instead of white and I added a Tbs of Old Bay. This rub is pretty hot. On the grill by 6:30 a.m

4 hours in and transferred to foil pan. Misted with apple juice every hour. I think maybe I should have covered in foil too. The top was hard to pull apart but the bottom where it sat in juices was tender.

And it's done! Since it was so cold outside I had to bump up the temp to get to 186 i.t. Some of the bark is missing from the top because I started digging in before I remembered to take a pic. Tasty with a little Sweet Baby Ray's.
