What code do you use for importing images? Mine seem to be massive compared to yours.
I don't want to be inconsiderate.

As soon as I get a moment I'll fire it up and see how it works, it has to be somewhere near.

They can be massive from the phone camera. I edit mine with the Windows photo editor (right click the photo icon and select edit). I then use the "resize"option to take them to 30%. That takes them to a reasonable size for the forum.

Snow? I think I could have counted the flakes which fell. I am just watching the news and they are banging on about it. The Midlands had "A couple of centimetres". That's not even an Inch, until we get "Feet" of snow it doesn't count.

I will resize the pics from now on, thanks Wade. I wondered how you did it.

As soon as I can I will get it fired up and see how it performs and let you know, good or bad. I am really optimistic this time, it all makes sense.
I can see now that although getting the smoke right is important, the salt/brine side of it is even harder to get right.
I am writing everything down that I do, this is where I have gone wrong in the past. When I got decent results, I couldn't repeat it as I didn't know what I had done and didn't know where to tweak it to get it right.

Even we had snow this morning - which is almost unheard of. But like Baz, we could have counted the flakes... Nothing settled.

Did you get snow too Steve... or is that dandruff from too much sun :-)

Sorry, no snow here just 35'C of sun shine! just having a lunch time Beer!

Hi Tom, no I haven't used it yet, I have been on call this weekend and I have been mucking about building a DIY Sous Vide bath.
How are you doing? I hope you are not buried in snow.

Everything is fine. I have the equipment to handle the snow.

Keep us informed on your Sous Vide.
