My name is Bob and I'm from Southern Michigan, I'm 30 years old and like to hunt and fish so getting into smoking seems like a no brainer. Just got a 30" MES for Christmas. My first attempt was venison bacon which turned out great and the following day I smoked ribs and a 6lb Boston butt, along with some venison snack sticks which also turned out good.
