This is the brand of ham I started with.


This is approx. 1 hour into the smoking.


This is approx. 2 hours into the smoking. Showing basting pan with

trimmings as well as ham with pineapple and maraschino cherries with

pineapple juice in pan.


After 3 hours of smoking, ham is ready to be sliced and eaten.

My grandson helping me with the forum said this ham was really tasty.

Worth the wait for the pictures, as far as I am concerned.  That's a pretty ham Mo.
