Hi All,

Steve from Calgary Alberta Canada. My lovely wife got me a Master Built Electric Smoker for Christmas. Swept the snow off the deck this morning and seasoning the smoker as I type. Plan is to smoke some nice thick pork chops for dinner. Can't think of a nicer start to the New Year. Looking forward to picking peoples brains about perfecting Ribs. Will keep you abreast of my successes and failures over the coming months.
