My name is matt, I'm from Tampa Florida, just got myself a new smoking hollow gas smoker, I was trolling around looking at some posts and everyone seemed cool so I decided to sign up. Little background on myself, I'm new to smoking,but I do have a culinary background, I attended the culinary institute of America in Hyde park,New York. I do a lot of fishing( I'm interested in smoking some of my catches), so I'm pretty excited to learn/expand my cooking knowledge! I'm sure y'all have a lot that I can learn from!
