Hello, my name is Dane, i'm brand new to the art of smoking. Just got a MES 30 and excited about getting my smoke on! I'm up in the upper left corner of the Country in Seattle, WA (trying to plan my first smoke on a day there is no rainfall is proving difficult!) The misses got me the Masterbuilt Cold Smoking Kit attachment, and I plan on doing some MODs to it with dryer venting and possibly the dimmer switch MOD depending on how the first smoke goes. I'm not technical savvy at all, so wish me luck with those!!
