Long time lurker, finally joined after many years of gaining excellent information from a very educated community. I've tried several models of electric, propane, and charcoal smokers over the years. Recently purchased an AMNPS and tried it out on a first bacon smoke using Bear's method. Worked very well. Located in Central Ohio. Headed out to check on the 13 pound brisket for New Years.
