New kid on the fourm

Hi my name is pista, and I came across this site searching for info on how to build a smoker. I reside in West Hollywood, California and just started getting into making sausages. I have been eating them for years but now I want to try to start smoking them. I have a ole kenmore freezer that I will recycle for this project. I am in the planning and research stage now. I really need to go tbrough the older texts and get all I can from them.This looks like it will be a fun probect. I wish everyone a happy and safe New Year's.
