Hi Everyone!!
I received a WSM 14 inch for Xmas. I am brand new to smoking and very excited. I live in MD but never forget my Philly roots. I am gathering my basic accessories (meat thermometer and charcoal) before I do my first smoke this weekend. I have a few questions but will look around the forum before I post them.
