Greetings from Finland! I start to make my smoker, then I try to find some tips from internet and found you. I notice the smoking is sience and making smokers as well. I use metric system and my mother language is not english, so I think in future we could have a lot of misunderstandings. I deside to make a reverse flow smoker, size of that is about 160 gallons (length 55 inch diameter 30 inches). I´m going to make it on trailer. Wood I use is practically alder (alnus), other woods I have read you use are not so common here in northern europe. Now I´m reading the forum and purchasing metal I don´t have, introducing my project when I have some picktures and something to show you. Thank you, I´m proud to be part of your great forum! And first finnish?

Hello Jukki

I'm a newbie to this site as well.

Good evening and welcome to the forum, from a cold and dreary day in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
