New smoker here from WV. Well, after watching my buddy use his masterbuilt smoker at his cabin, and enjoying way more meat than I should, and seeing how easy it is to use one, I was given a 30" masterbuilt as a Christmas present today!
It's a model 20071814, 30" digital, top control with probe and all, and I plan to buy a external smoke box to make my own bacon, as soon as I find a source of pork bellies. I'm cruising around here to get some idea, and help for the future, hope you guys can help me out!
