Hello, I live in Jacksonville, Florida.

I was reared in Melbourne, Fl. wife in Richmond, Va.

We just received a MasterBuilt Electric Smoke three days ago.

Today day we smoked 2 pounds of country sausage, 4 pounds of Brats, a 5 pound pork loin and 12 pound turkey.

We used hickory, (will venture into other woods as we go).

Discovered the thermostat on the smoker is off on the lower side and sausage and loin finished much sooner than had been expected. But all turned out very juicy and tender.

Having friends over in just a short while to try our first try.

Hope I don't have to break out the shovel to hide my friends remains.
