Hello everyone from the rainy Outer Banks of NC. A little about my grill, which is why we are all here, right? I cook on a Master Forge basic rectangular grill. No side boxes, no pellet feeders. I also have 2 gas grills that I use for keeping stuff warm. They were free, so why not. I have cooking for a lot of year and burned a lot of meat in my days. I have learned that low and slow always comes out best. Anyway, nice to meet everyone.

Welcome from North Texas.  This is a great site made up of people with the love of BBQ!

Smoke ON!
