Been lurking for a bit, some really good ideas here. Currently have a Napoleon Prestige natural gas grill, a Weber kettle (looking to add a slow n' sear) and a little Weber Smokey Joe that I'd like to make into a Mini WSM. Looking through some of Dirtsailor's cooks kind of got me wanting to try some cream can cooking too!
