thanks for the add to the site i have been smoking fish and meat for some time now but started to get ino sausage making in the last year i have a small electric grinder and a 11 lb stuffer i use a weber 18 in grill a smoke hollow electric smoker and a brinkman smoke king

thanks gary i have been doing a lot of reading i like the site so far i think i would take chily and dreary over the cold and windy we have rite now mid 20s with a 25 mph wind
