Considering to splurge and get a shoulder of Berkshire soon. Please share your experience if you have smoked or have eaten Berkshire. Is it worth the extra cost? Do you treat/prepare it differently?

Be prepared, the flavor is definitely more Porky than that which has been commercially raised since the mid 70's. I have not smoked any but the meat roasts the same...JJ
