New to This Site. Looking for Pointers

Hello everyone. Its Matt from Ohio. I've been smoking for the last couple years using a small $40 vertical smoker. I've gotten to the point that I've out grown this unit and am looking to build a smoke house with enough room to smoke sausage. I'm fairly new to the sausage process as well, but have done a few batches. Can anyone give tips on smoke houses, and/or making sausage?

Welcome to SMF Matt!  Glad you are here and looking build something serious.  Roll call is just for saying "hi" mostly so don't be shy about posting your questions over in the Smoker Builds section and the Sausage section so folks will see them.
