Evening folks. It s been quite a while since ive posted. Anyhow im going to fry a turkey this year instead of smoking it. I know i know, this is a bbq forum but, i also know there is a wealth of info of here. This will be my first time frying one and was wondering what kind of rub would be good? I have Jeff's recipe, and i have also used the a poultry rub recipe may have gotten from slaughterhouse (not sure). Im going to inject it with a creole butter recipe that i found on here many years back. any input would be appreciated.
