Thats a good question. It will be dinner along with the stew during the week. I haven't done any Christmas shopping yet, so I won't be coming home from work to cook. This will be a hearty heat and eat meal. I've got some beans in a pot and I'm fixing to get some cole slaw going. I just took a turkey and a ham out of the freezer for Christmas day. I'm freaking out about not having shopped yet, but at least i don't have to cook until Friday! Whew.
