Since I made the pepperoni over the weekend, the bride has been asking for pizza, so I fixed her up!

Crumbled and cooked some Italian sausage

Chopped some veggies and sautéed them in the little bit of grease from the sausage (had to add a little EVOO)

Sliced up some green olives, that was a PITA!

Built the pizza and cooked it in the oven. Too lazy to do the smoker.

I didn't get any sliced pics, we dove in too fast!

This pepperoni was really good like this. Calzone next time!

Nice Job on the Pizza!!

I always hate when a Pizza is low on topping!!

We like them like you do, piled high and deep!  If I don't need a fork AFTER i eat the pizza, there weren't enough toppings!

That looks great! Being a NY guy I usually eat thin, neopolitan style pizza but I love a loaded pizza like that with all the toppings. You have been killing it with all your food projects lately!
