Haaaah... thought I'd get your attention

Broke out the jerky shooter and made some breakfast sausage strips......... I really like this thing. Easy to fill and easy clean up...Got it a few years ago for Christmas with all the attachments and purchased the double strip nozzle. I highly recommend it if your in the market for one. could be a  Christmas gift from Santa. Its also great for people who don't like casing and want to go case-less. My jerky shooter is a LEM

This load will get packed up in small packages for easy heat and serve from the microwave

Thanks for looking

I don't make large batches of sausage for casings.  I use mine instead of a sausage stuffer as well.

Wow, that sausage looks great!      I will have to get a jerky shooter when LEM has another sale.

That looks great and would work out fine being MRS doesn't like casings. Thanks for the tip. One question who is LEM?
