Haaaah... thought I'd get your attention

Broke out the jerky shooter and made some breakfast sausage strips......... I really like this thing. Easy to fill and easy clean up...Got it a few years ago for Christmas with all the attachments and purchased the double strip nozzle. I highly recommend it if your in the market for one. could be a  Christmas gift from Santa. Its also great for people who don't like casing and want to go case-less. My jerky shooter is a LEM





This load will get packed up in small packages for easy heat and serve from the microwave

I don't make large batches of sausage for casings.  I use mine instead of a sausage stuffer as well.

Nice job Joe I only do small batches most times under 10 lbs. and all I use is my Cannon.I have the large tube 1 1/2 lb load

That looks great and would work out fine being MRS doesn't like casings. Thanks for the tip. One question who is LEM?
I think you can find them at bass pro or gander mountain too
