Hello all. Was thinking I would like to give this a try. I am up in Minnesota. Always enjoy eating this stuff so figured I would give it a try. I am getting sick of eating the same stuff made the same way.

I just got a new masterbuilt elite sportsman digital smoker with probe from Cabelas. Looking to season it tomorrow and maybe try it out on Thursday. Any recommendations or perhaps a step by step for a new user?
