I am in SE Washington and have been smoking my meat for just about two years now. I use a traeger jr smoker and love it! Most of what I smoke consists of tri tip & pork ribs. I have done a few briskets, turkeys and pork loins. I have just started making a few batches of venison jerky and pepper sticks.
I look forward to reading and learning from other members to gain new ideas for smoking.
