Everything was going good then I look outside and its whiteout conditions. Go our to check a bit later and see this.

It wasn't alot of snow but man it was blowing and make it fun working the grill. How many of you out there grill no matter the conditions?

Also had some chips.

Happy Sunday folks.

Nice plate, Brian!!!

I've been known to smoke straight through a blizzard...if highways are closed due to blizzard conditions, I can't work for 1-3 days depending on how bad it is, so I may as well be smoking. Rain, hail, sleet, snow, freezing rain...I think I've rolled with smokes through everything but tornadoes, so far. And, yes, I'd have to call it a day if I were smoking and a twister showed up...I may be a die-hard, but I don't want to die the hard way. The worst weather I've smoked in was about -30*F ambient and 20+ MPH winds...that was with a propane cabinet rig...burned through some juice in the GOSM that night.

Question is...

Do you do your smoking in Santa Cruz beachwear(shorts, t shirt, flip flops and a UCSC hoodie), year round, like I do?

Nice sammie!!!
