Hi all, I'm new to smoking.. well in a way. Growing up in western ky has raised me in a place in which I'm surrounded by great bbq and those that know how to make it, this brought me to have a strong appetite for BBQ and , what seems to be, the "legendary" low and slow smoking.
Through a series of events I have wound up with a old off set smoker and electric smoker. While giving each some much needed TLC, I found my way onto this forum and knew I must join to learn all I can from the best of this way of cooking and life
