heres some shots of our thanksgiving ham and turkey I know its late but thats just how it is
started off with some pecans heavily coated with butter, cayenne pepper and brown sugar with a touch of allspice for some holiday flavor
now thats a HAPPY smoker!!!
spatchcocked my whole turkey to cut down on the smoking time and make it look cool for the guests
My ham covered with spiced apple rings and cherrys, then a final maple honey brown sugar glaze
ready for carving, yes thats a Jack and Water for the cook!
had a good time about 20 people for the party
