Can't be bedtime this early. It's barely 8:25 and we haven't eaten dinner yet.

No need to apologize;  I believe you've inspired me to smoke another meatloaf,  (It's been 4 or 5 months), and that is a good thing.

Funny thing about those time zones, huh?   Enjoy your dinner.  Thumbs Up

Great looking meatloaf sfprankster!  That has been bumped up my list as well.  Nice job!

As wonderful as that sounds;  I think that I'm lucky not to have a baking gf.  I'd be as big as a house.    :ROTF

That's the chance I'll just have to take... :icon_mrgreen:

Pros: Lots of cakes, pies, breads and cookies.

Cons: Lots of cakes, pies, breads and cookies.

Win , win in my book

I've got to admit.  "Some risks are worth taking".  After some soul searching I have to admit that I am jealous of you.

My GF doesn't cook but she does appreciate my smoking hobby.  That's close enough for a win in my book.

No need to be jealous. :icon_mrgreen: Everyone has their unique talents...

Smoking is an artform. Some have the ability and patience, others go to the local bbq joint.  Change the artform to painting and I can't make the connection between what my eyes see, to what my hand massacres. :icon_redface:

Fortunately for us, we both enjoy cooking and it can become a little competitive at times.  I'm more efficient and able to open the fridge, rummage around, and create something, no matter what's inside. My gf has to plan it out, go shopping for the one or two missing items in the recipe, then begin the cooking. Either way works for me!

Most of all, it's all about having fun with the foods we prepare. :yahoo:
