Hello from OKC!! I am new here and new to smoking. I've got a lot to learn. I'm a little nervous.

I have the 30" Masterbuilt electric smoker #20070411. Just bought a whole chicken and some boneless beef ribs today at the store. I will be starting with them in a few days. Got to get my smoker seasoned for the first time. I'm hoping I can get my husband interested in this and we can learn together.

Thanks for all the good info on here. I appreciate it. I'm a forum junkie.
