New to smoking meat forum and a novice at smoking. Currently reside in sunny Tucson, AZ and have a Bradley Smoker that my lovely wife gifted me last Christmas. Believe it or not, my previous smoker was a Little Chief and I loved it but limited myself to jerky. Since I got my new smoker i've been dabbling with chicken, fish, a few meats but my favorite remains jerky.
Looking to gain ideas and also get help in perfecting the craft and making delicious smoked foods.
