Hey all I am Darrell from S.W. Missouri. Been smoking for about 20 years. Built my first offset smoker back when I first started smoking and have smoked a lot meat on it. I have dreamed of building a monster vertical reverse flow smoker for years and I have been designing what I want for years. Now my buddy and I are opening up a restaurant and my smoker build dream is coming true.
I am sure there will be a lot of criticism but below is some pictures of the build so far. It has two fire boxes for different kinds of woods and it will have another smoke box on the left just like the right. It will also have 2 boxes on top of the fire boxes. Each box will have sliding meat shelves top to bottom. The bottom of the boxes are built in 4" deep water pans with drains.
