Have stalked this site for years and enjoyed new ideas and methods from you folks. Started out 5 years ago smoking on a Char Griller pro, did some mods and have cooked really good brisket, butts and ribs. The old smoker finally died and have replaced it with an Old Country Wrangler. Have it seasoning up for the second time and will cook this week. Looking forward to swapping ideas on the forum. Welcome from SC, Toad. It's really good to have you on this great site. It sounds like you have really gotten your feet wet. I spent a lot of time in research about a year ago trying to settle on a cooker and really liked the wrangler. I think you will enjoy it.

Good luck and keep on smokin', Joe
