After having to rinse and repeat one of the racks,that's right it hit the ground but it's not stopping me, the ribs our in the smoker! Jeff's rub on one,Famous Daves and some house Cajun spice cut with some sugar on the other. Pecan and cherry providing the smoke. I'm really excited to try the Cajun ones! This is a no foil smoke and I'll be stuffing some ABT's and SBT's to have with them.

Peppers ready!

There stuffed with cream cheese, cheddar,breakfast sausage and some peppers wanted green onion but wasn't willing to go out and buy them.

Got some ribs off as well as the peppers!
The Cajun spice rub turned out even better than expected!!
