Hello,
This past Thanksgiving I made my 1st Smoked Turkey.
It was 14.5 lb Turkey & I brined it over night with chicken stock, brown sugar, onions, & garlic.
After the brine I injected it with some more chicken stock.
After I injected the Turkey I sprayed it down with butter spray & put on some Barbecue rub & put it on my Traeger TX Elite at 300 degrees for 5 hrs & I would spray the Turkey down with butter spray every hour & this helped me get crispy bite thru skin.
It turned out great & my family luved it.
