Hello fellow smokers. I'm Ryan from up in the northern part of the Green Mountain State. Just got into smoking about 4 months ago when I purchased a second hand, but still in good shape CharGriller Offset Smoker/Grill. So far I've smoked a few pork loins and this year's Thanksgiving turkey, but I'm hoping to find more recipes and tips on here so I can start making some more delicious stuff.
