Hi guys! My husband loves to BBQ and he's been looking into buying a smoker. I want to buy him a digital smoker for Christmas, but I have no idea on what to buy can anyone help? What should I be looking for?
I have been looking online and I found quite a few digital smokers, right now from what I have read I'm thinking I should get one with wheels and no window? Am I on the right path? What should the max temperature of a smoker be? Ive seen 250 & 300 degrees Fahrenheit. I also don;t know what the difference with the control panel in the front or on top is.
Any help will be appreciated. I'll be looking around to see what you guys are using, but for now what are the top 3 things I should be looking for?
