Hello to All,

I got my first smoker (MES 30) for Fathers day back in June; which is pretty much the best gift a guy could ever receive. I am new to smoking so I have been looking through threads on here since I got it. So much great information! I love to cook and anything I can use to step my game up is a win win. So far I have only smoked ribs, chicken wings, pork tenderloin, jerky, sausage, and just recently did up 3 ginormous turkey legs for Thanksgiving (I'll add some photos). I hope to continuously learn from everyone, and maybe throw up a few smoking posts with pictures. Happy Smoking!

-Austin

Legs out of the brine and rubbed; ready for the smoker.

Legs in; with some kielbasa.

All done!

Good evening and welcome to the forum, from a cloudy and chilly day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.

Dang, those look great
