Hi there ladies and gentlemen my name is victor blanco I am from dickinson TX and I love bbq it's my passion . I am a work in progress but getting better by the minute . Just did Thanksgiving dinner 2015 I smoked a turkey and deep fried one and let me tell you it was a success.
