I am new to the forum and smoking as I have never smoked before. Any help is greatly appreciated. I have attached pictures of my smoker, as I used felons BBQ/smoker calculator to build it.
My first time smoking I did a couple of pheasants which turned out really good.
Now I live in NW Ohio by Lima. And I think the weather has alot to do with it as I tried smoking a ham tonight and I could not ever get it over 200 tonight. Please help.
