I'm David from Cali. Was gifted a smoker (Masterbuilt Dual Fuel Pro) earlier this year. I've been lurking unregistered for awhile looking at mods and tips on smoking, and having smoked a ham bearcarver-style for thanksgiving, I figured I would register and actually participate to get questions answered as I had them.
