Hi all

I just got a gander mountain sausage stuffer. I haven't used it yet. However I have used meat grinders that have tubes similar to these.
I was wondering if anyone knew where I might get ss tubes instead of the tapered plastic ones that came with it. I've found with my grinder that you can get a lot more casing on a straight tube.

Thanks.
Greg

I ordered the gander mountain 5lb stuffer and am expecting it early next week. I read in another thread that the LEM tubes will fit. I will post the link if I can find the thread again.

The Gander Mountain, LEM, Kitchener, Cabela's and pretty much all the other 5 pounds models should use tubes with 1 9/16" diameter bases.  There are plenty of stainless ones available from various makers.  The LEM 5 pound models will work on the other stuffers, and others can be found on Amazon eBay or at several sausage making supply websites.
