Thanks Justin!   You ever make your mini yet by chance?

I just love those Big Poppa smoker kits.  Great looking birds.

Thanks Brian!   I like the Big Poppa too so I didn't want to drill any more holes in it to hang stuff, thankfully that ring just snugs right in with nothing else needed to hold it.

I know Case....I'm really struggling between ugly cookers that don't work and putting out subpar food.   People have been humoring me as to the quality of my food....dang I wish they'd just be honest

How else am I going to learn ...ya know?

Maybe I should have tried stacking mini's 10' high but I didn't want to bother you on Thanksgiving Day and all to get your expertise. ;)       I'll make a new years resolution to surround myself with better quality cooks and pitmasters and less rookies!     I'm just making rookie mistakes so please bear with me.

Terrific looking birds smoked on a cool set up. I suspect they were all gobbled up. Don't hate me.

Point.
