Smoked Turkey
Injected with:
1/2 Stick Butter
8 oz. White Wine
1 TBSP Garlic
Coated with olive oil and steak seasoning
Smoked for 4 hours to an internal temp of 165°
225° for 4 hours in my pellet grill
12" Tube Smoker filler w/Pecan and 2" of 100% Mesquite at the end
